Kevin William Zwirner, age 38, of New Richmond, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2026. Born on September 16, 1987, in Maplewood, MN, Kevin was the son of Sheila Sarafin and Bill Zwirner.
Kevin loved fishing, nature, playing with the dogs, and spending time with his nieces and nephews. He was a kind and gentle person with a big heart. Kevin saw the good in every single person he encountered and often had a smile on his face. He was an avid Timberwolves and Vikings fan and loved watching college sports.
Kevin is survived by his mother and stepfather, Sheila and Dale Sarafin; father and stepmother, Bill and Becky Zwirner; siblings Katie (Jason) Horton, Michael (Kayla) Zwirner; nieces and nephews Madelyn and Jackson Horton, Wyatt and Whitley Zwirner; step-siblings Niki Sarafin (son Kashton) and Ryan Sarafin; step-grandparents Vic and Jonila Weiers; along with many other family and friends who will greatly miss him.
Kevin is preceded in death by grandparents Glenn Hart, Linda Dahn, Keith Dahn, John and Beverly Zwirner, and beloved canine companion Sally.
A memorial service will be held at O'Connell Funeral Home, Hudson, WI, on September 15, 2026, 4-7 p.m.
